Night and day! That’s the difference in my opinion between Little People Main Street and the previously reviewed Little People Farm, which garnered 1 because the scale didn’t go any lower. The same company developed them both, but what a difference experience makes. I am assuming that the developers became more familiar with their toolset this go around.
Little People Main Street is presented in the exact same style as Little People Farm, featuring the same extremely colorful graphics and the same soothing music. The game play is also still the same: you explore the town by clicking on areas that reward you with some simple animation and sounds.
Why then does Little People Main Street leave Little People Farm in its dust, so to speak? It is simply a matter of depth and variety. Main Street is chalk full of animations, places to explore and thoughtful little details. You stroll down the “main street” by moving the cursor to either the left or right edge of the screen. From the bank to the market to the pet store to the fire department, there are lots of places for young children to explore.
Your child will enjoy Little People Main Street and so will you! Get out there and hit the town!
